These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Altitude Group website (altitudegroup.org) and any services provided by Altitude Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Altitude Group provides managed agentic product development services, including the configuration and management of AI-native product and software development operating systems, as well as the design and development of AI products for ourselves and selected clients.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website;

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Roadmap acceleration calls and other discovery sessions are booked through our scheduling platform. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party to enter into a services agreement.

We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked call. We may reschedule or decline calls at our discretion, including where the engagement appears to fall outside our areas of focus.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable proposal or services agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest and result in suspension of services.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Altitude Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial reference only.

Ownership of work product created during an engagement (including code, designs, documentation, and models) is governed by the applicable services agreement. Unless the agreement states otherwise, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how, and grant the client a licence to use deliverables as set out in that agreement.

The names Altitude Group, our product names, and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with a potential or existing engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of evaluating or performing the engagement. This obligation survives the end of any engagement. The specifics of confidentiality obligations, where needed, are set out in the applicable services agreement.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, or that any outcomes, timelines, or results described on the website will be achieved in any particular engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Group and its principals, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the website or our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website or any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our website links to third-party services such as scheduling platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without cause. Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions of the applicable services agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Altitude Group is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, unless the applicable services agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
